Reduce Eyes and Skin Damage from Blue Light with These Natural Home Remedies


  • Overnight soak some almonds in milk. Make a paste of it and apply it as a pack around the eyes in the morning. This will rejuvenate the eyes and make dark circles less visible.
  • Use the 20-20-20 rule to relax your eyes. For every 20 minutes spent watching television, spend 20 seconds blinking and staring at a distant wall.
  • You can avoid touching your eyes by putting cucumber slices or cool spoons over them.
  • A marigold face pack can help to reduce photoaging and stimulate collagen synthesis in the skin. Curse two marigold flowers and combine them with half a spoonful of yogurt to make the pack.
